Daily Duties at Cinemark Usa:

• Spearheaded projection, audio, and system integration of all technical components for 65 new construction, expansion, and remodel projects for national movie theater chain; managed complete installation, personnel oversight, and quality for each project. • Directly oversaw up to 13 remote Field Service Engineers, led meetings to plan, update, and close out actions, provided safety, equipment, and government regulation trainings; improved morale while lowering number of on-the-job incidents and injuries. • Spearheaded project management initiatives, including project estimation and capital expenditure justification, purchasing, process documentation, and developed comprehensive project schedule with deadlines and deliverables. • Directed day-to-day project operations, including assigning tasks to engineers, ordering and allocating materials, providing on-the-job and remote support to FSEs, and identifying and resolving any project risks. • Responsible for monitoring business operations and budgets for projects, review and approve all payroll, travel, and tool and equipment expenditures, maintain reports related to service schedules, labor spend, and open service tickets and response times. • Built relationships with construction Project Managers, design engineers, architects, and sub-contractors, partnered with stakeholders to integrate projection and automation systems with electrical, lighting, mechanical, and life safety equipment.
