• Managed field projects and technical operations to install and service cinema projectors at high-end cinemas around the world; worked with Regal, AMC, Cinepolis, Reading, and Cinemark to provide quotes, determine needed materials, and schedule projects with internal team and 3rd party vendors. • Supervised team of Field Service Engineers (FSE) and 3rd party service providers, led frequent 1:1 communication, implemented weekly team conference call, and provided training on technical subjects, customer service, and project management best practices; improved morale and employee engagement while team achieved operational and financial goals. • Led site surveys to made recommendations to customer regarding specs and needs for retrofits and new equipment installations, created new documentation for retrofits, and updated processes to ensure smooth project operations. • Oversaw field projects, monitored and managed expenses related to travel, labor, and materials, reviewed project deliverables, service reports, and customer reports, and trained end-users on new hardware operation; ensured top quality and service of all field activities while upholding safety guidelines. • Oversaw first on-site field installation in N. America of laser light source retrofit at Cinepolis cinema in Monterrey, Mexico, ordered retrofit light source kits, led installation team, updated documented instructions to align them with physical installation, and oversaw customer communication throughout project; install was completed on time and on budget with high customer satisfaction.
