Daily Duties at Bank Of America Corporation:
Ensured stability of CRE (Consumer Real Estate) environment 24/7 by monitoring and resolving problem incidents in a timely manner, using a system called Remedy – Incident Management. Trained and coached GDC resources in India. Investigated and troubleshoot system issues with our team of programmers when code or server issues arise. Triaged bridge line for system outages, engaging right teams to restore the system. Coordinated with Loan Specialist/Underwriters to determine the nature of issue reported and to walk thru ticket resolution. Knowledge of Mortgage Loan Process from PreApp to Closing to adequately troubleshoot system or procedure issues. Ensured loans met proper policy and guidelines per Consumser Real Estate published Guidelines. Created KO (Knowledge Objects) for users on common errors or temporary system workarounds. Researched, identified and reported System Defects for tracking purposes. Served as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the banks Rules/Regulation Application and our Automated Underwriting Applications including Loan Prospector and Desktop Underwriting. Working knowledge of Credit Risk and Loan Compliance. Resolved daily problem tickets and resolved severity one issues within SLAs by engaging appropriate technical teams. Managed and participated in Oncall Rotation to serve a 24/7 Support Model. Supported Release Management after release of new code or functionality to users.
