Coached and mentored team of 6 Sales Managers in providing financial products and services to 1000+ Agents covering 7 States and D.C. Led efforts to ensure Sales Managers were actively engaged in growing existing accounts, cross-selling products, renegotiating contracts, signing new Agents, and executing marketing and promotional initiatives. Developed and monitored strategies for implementation of new products, software updates, compliance activities, and marketing blitzes for Mid-Atlantic sub-region. Collaborated with Finance, Vice President, and Director of Sales to roll-out and track lucrative promotional strategies. Reported directly to Director of Sales, South Region.
