• Invoiced all government, subcontractor and commercial contracts • Maintained all billing files and input all contract changes and new contract information into the accounting system • Prepared the aged receivables, accounts receivable summary, major retention analysis and at-risk monthly reports • Made inquiries and rectified any delayed payments and prepared the weekly status report • Prepared the unbilled analysis monthly and maintained reports on all level-of-effort contracts • Input and maintained the cash receipts log and other receivables journal vouchers • Maintained the direct charge code authorization file, checked timecard adjustments and monthly accounts receivable reports
