• Supervised six employees, duties included but not limited to; writing evaluations/performance reviews, monitored workflow of department, approved timesheets, coordinated time off, performed disciplinary actions, and handling hiring requirements • Audited all A/P and travel vouchers for adherence to company policy, correct charge codes and approvals. • Interacted with vendors, employees and purchasing staff to respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies and problems • Managed nineteen A/P and travel field personnel, which included training on Logicon’s financial system, company policies, answering questions and resolving any issues • Prepared the shared facility calculations and worksheet on a quarterly basis • Reviewed all terminations for moneys owed the company • Reconciled the travel advance, employee receivables and A/P exchange accounts. • Worked with the corporate staff on any A/P and travel system problems or concerns and produced a monthly educational reimbursement report for human resources • Entered and maintained the vendor codes, stop payments, manual checks and voided checks • Assisted with general ledger account reconciliations and analyses, input weekly timecards • Petty Cash custodian for Logicon Operating Systems and back-up for computer operations and report printing • Coordinated the monthly rent payments and the check flagging process
