Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman Corp:
• Responsible for accuracy of financials for all projects reporting under multiple Program Managers • Mentor junior analysts in areas such as EACs, pricing, project and corporate reporting requirements • Prepare multi-million dollar Cost Proposals for new work and modifications to contracts • Prepare Financials for Monthly Status Reports submitted to customer • Review Revenue, Costs, Backlog, and Billings for multiple projects in excess of $30M per year on a monthly basis • Prepare Quarterly Program EACs for submittal to Business Unit and Division level CFOs. • Produce reports from SAP/BW financial system for reporting purposes • Complete project set up in SAP financial system • Prepare subcontractor purchase orders and review subcontractor invoices for accuracy • Interface with management for resolution of any financial, cost, or contract issues • Subject Matter Expert on the company purchase requisition tool and Subcontractor invoicing tool • Prepare ad hoc reports as necessary
