M.R.O. Products Sales in Tucson. Average increase in sales year over year 10% + except for downturn in market years. Product mix in 18 categories HVAC, Hardware, Plumbing, Appliances, Jan San, Pool Products and MRO A full line in to the Multi Housing market. Through strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. In addition, hunting renovations or upgrade projects, opportunities, to communicate and provide guidance in $1-3M dollar projects. Through property owners, management, maintenance department and subcontractors. Due diligence walks of apartments to build lighting, electrical, HVAC, paint, and plumbing project lists for upgrades and sell through completion of the projects. Fabrication products measurements, for window coverings mini, vertical, faux blinds as well as window screens, exterior, interior doors, cabinet doors, cabinet counter tops, and drawer boxes. Special orders of appliances, appliance parts, pool equipment, air conditioning equipment parts and much more.
