Spearheaded the reconstruction of a $5.5B division located in 3,517 locations nationwide. Reduced inventory by $650M, improved assortments 50% by eliminating 600,00 duplicative or needless SKU's, "glued" planning, allocation, and merchandising together to create a collaborative merchandising process. Also drove inventory turnover up 14% (4.40) from 3.86 annual turn in less than one year. Corporate realignment in 2010 caused move to Brookstone.
