Daily Duties at Maui Jim Sunglass Mfg, Inc.:
Implemented SAP ERP to improve corporate demand knowledge, manufacturing capacity, and sales performance. Realized lost demand and nearly doubled production within the first year from 350k units monthly to nearly 700k units monthly. increased unit sales worldwide by 40% (+600K/month) through a strong flow of goods and styles monthly. Connected all 16 warehouses worldwide through a "hub and spoke" distribution system. Developed all corporate planning / budgeting / forecasting rigor. Responsible for the implementation of new planning/material management tools and processes. Report directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations.
