Daily Duties at Speedishuttle:
Responded to customer inquiries and spearheaded investigation/problem-solving techniques for situations concerning customers and vendors. Updated database and hard-copy records for all orders. Charted and monitored all driver routes and adjusted accordingly based on call request priorities. Supervised delivery services and tracked completion and delay statistics. Engaged in processing orders, pick sheet running, invoice printing, shift shipping logs, and submission of all required paperwork. Developed employee validation processes that match quality assurance of performance with company goals.
