Daily Duties at Gategourmet Inc.:
Lead twenty employees through a range of logistical functions for airline clients. Manage employee shift and station scheduling within the department. Analyze potential risk areas and determine economical business solutions. Collaborate with airline personnel, maintenance staff, individual employees, and Operations Manager consistently. Validate safety protocols and mentor employees on appropriate actions. Optimize communication skills to conduct employee coaching, evaluation, and counseling for positive work performance as well as corrective action situations. Document and monitor financial estimates for production, overtime, and labor goals.
