Daily Duties at Mercedes Benz :
Solely responsible for training dealership staff at various locations across Mexico on vehicle technical features, as well as competitive set, sales strategy, and brand management. Perform monthly reviews with dealers to assess knowledge from their staff and develop training based on their needs. Translate unique training materials for each vehicle line for use in local market. Created new process for training certifications and monthly/yearly reviews of staff members.
