Prepare, analyze, and approve proposals, and vendor and purchasing agreements, strategically negotiating terms, tracking compliance, and inventory. Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Accounting Department, and three General Managers, to oversee business functions at each location, confirm with franchisor that all processes align with company standards and service level agreements. Develop and implement strategic plans, identify and adjust to accommodate daily, weekly, and monthly trends, and institute corrections and process improvements in real-time to minimize production impact. • Successfully sold my three franchises yielding a 400% ROI for all partnership. NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES Oversee the complex project engagement to overhaul the sales model for the largest national franchise moving company.
