Daily Duties at Comtec Business Systems:
Received business package from sales department and proceeded with client interview for wants and needs. All system installs were from DMARC to IDF to CPE. Ordered needed circuits, equipment and cables for install. Once received cable was installed, systems were assembled and tested in lab and verified operating per customer specifications. When QA passed installed system at customer locations. Trained customer on new system. Received trouble tickets and would go out and troubleshoot and repair systems. Result: Customer had new working system that they knew how to use.
