Daily Duties at Natwest Markets Securities Inc:
Manage and administer two active biweekly payrolls plus two legacy biweekly payrolls in accordance with bank policies, procedures and federal, state and local regulations with operations in 7 States with a total approx. workforce of 500 Employees (previously 1500 Employees). Direct HR People Soft daily pass thru file to Payroll systems. Oversee 5 inbound and outbound benefit Vendor files. Supervise time and attendance record keeping program thru E Time Enterprise application. Manage payroll change and lead team in evaluating current payroll systems and implementation of new payroll and HR systems. Manage domestic payroll staff.
