Took charge of overseeing 60-member emergency medical response staff and facilities, company pre-employment drug testing program while investigating and managing workers compensation and guest-related liability incidents. Served as safety specialist and risk manager of general operations and maintenance services, in charge of directing emergency response, coordinating outside emergency response teams, and facilitating in-park emergencies. Oversaw the Safety Department reconstruction and presided over training programs for various departments by employing proactive approach to boost the implementation of best practices and creative destruction techniques to streamline safe operation procedures while investigating and preparing legal claims defense.
