Performed troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of medium to large sized complex heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems, and associated control systems. Diagnosed causes of breakdowns, tested parts with appropriate instruments, disassembled and assembled parts, and made necessary repairs to equipment and associated components. • Assisted all personnel in advising, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVACR systems, resulting in significantly less call backs to sites for incorrect diagnosis of problems. • Implemented new facilities equipment by installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. • Ensured high quality work force by advising management in hiring and letting go decisions.
