Daily Duties at Facilities Manager:
Facilities Manager Managed $2M budget forecast and supported 1,900 associates. Provided single point of contact to guide facilities management, assisting Regional Manager with delivery of quality facility management services. • Oversaw and assisted in movement from one campus to new campus, achieving minimal down time of 800,000 square foot facility. • Managed facility systems and environment for 1M square foot campus to include Irvine, CA, San Diego, CA, Chandler AZ, and Austin TX, ensuring smooth operations. • Maintained budget and forecast, creating excess of $2M and maintaining quarterly forecast within 5%. • Developed critical equipment maintenance programs and managed vendors for electrical, mechanical, plumbing and janitorial, and move management, enabling 100% uptime and cut costs with key RFP for vendors. • Created and implemented innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduced short and long term operating costs and increased productivity by working closely with facility personnel in Irvine and San Diego.
