Daily Duties at Blackdot Wireless:

Consulted and worked closely with Blackdot’s legal team to develop, manage and obtain multi‐million dollars in sales for Blackdot’s corporate clients (i.e.: Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, Centennial). Obtaining millions of dollars in savings through contract renegotiation and management of nationwide real estate assets in telecom leases. • Responsible to manage a large portfolio of Real Estate assets servicing companies in the telecommunications industry (i.e.: Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Metro PCS) • Negotiated legal language and financial terms for hundreds of assets and their established leasing contracts • Responsible to report directly to the area Vice-President and coordinate the progress of each case •Worked directly with the legal team regarding language negotiations and contract modifications • Responsible for supporting the development of Blackdot's Capital program and establishing their presence in the US Caribbean • Helped develop a secondary market to sell Blackdot Capital portfolios to investment bankers in New York City.
