• Manage the implementation of commercial cleaning contracts with management teams at Florida Power and Light, Jessie Trice Community Health Centers, James L Knight Center, Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club, Daily Management Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Wyndham Hotels, Comfort Suites, Morrison, Indigo and Shula’s Hotels among others. • Control and oversee payroll, costs and expenses. • Manage monthly and yearly orders and inventories. • Built and sustain customer relations with Building and Grounds, Inc. clients, CB Richard Ellis, Florida Power and Light, Daily Management Resorts, Ritz Carlton, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel, among others. • Monitor performance and achievement of managers and supervisors. • Design and establish training programs for management and employee’s teams. • Delegate, control, and supervise functions among management team.
