Site Manager/Program Manager/Quality Manager, MDE International, Inc., G-4033 S. Center Rd., Burton, MI • Cost, budget and financial analysis for the site and for programs. • Review of company operations to increase productivity. • Create, implement and maintain an ISO 9001:2008 quality system for the entire company,, including internal audits of all locations, quality system documentation, safety system documentation, functional block diagrams and training manuals. • Create, narrate, and produce videos for driver orientation training. • Monitor and ensure test vehicle operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations, including FMCSA compliance for commercial vehicles. • Advise managers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. • Communicate with top management on a regular basis to review vehicle forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections. • Focus on any customer complaints that off-site managers are unable to rectify with effective root cause analysis and identification of necessary steps to resolve the issues. • Interview, hire and train new site personnel for all sites. • Supervise clerks, driver supervisors, technicians, engineers and quality control specialists. • Complete performance evaluations regularly and develop short and long-term goals for each employee. • Confer with current and potential customers regarding program needs and advise customers on types of tests and data analysis. • Review and approve test plans and coordinate testing for durability, reliability, OBDII, benchmark mileage accumulation, commercial fleet and heavy truck (DOT) testing. • Plan and coordinate customized full vehicle testing programs including test plan development, documentation of performance specifications, reporting results of performance and material testing, and correlation of test results to customer usage profiles. • Direct and coordinate test activities for all test vehicles on test at the site. • Analyze test data prior to distribution to the customer, including root cause analysis of vehicle issues and preparing reports with results. • Maintain electronic databases of test data, including issues, special tests, inspections and maintenance of test vehicles. • Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system for all vehicles.
