Daily Duties at Ceva Logistics:
Authored Process Improvements and SOP/Work instructions for SLC IC, Inbound and outbound departments Lead SLC End to End Strategic planning and project time line management. Root Caused all inventory and quality issues for Dell Product. Coached/Trained onboarding personnel on processes and procedures Ensure ongoing ABC CC inventory with a 99% KPI accuracy Coordinate the timing of file extracts, reconciliation program and adjustments to meet host processing and warehouse operational needs Investigate, resolve and prevent inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the WMS (Compass) Correct back routes/re-routes and shipping errors Create and distribute daily inventory reconciliation reports, inventory adjustment summaries, and warehouse error reports Coordinate and monitor stock transfers Perform other Special Projects as assigned (SLC Onboarding manual)
