• Served as HR Leader for the enterprise Sales Organization (1800 employees). In addition to serving as “Second in charge” of the entire HR Function for clients in the Eastern North Carolina market (2500 employees). • Selected as key team member responsible for participating and being the Carolina Region’s “HR Voice” on corporate forums, conference calls, functional councils, and project committees, to serve as a resource for the Carolina Regional HR function. • Conducted confidential and sensitive employee relations investigations; collaborated and made recommendations to internal HR leadership and General Council on potential legal issues surrounding investigation findings. • Provided HR consultative and business partner support for business leaders. • Served as Lead for Department of Labor investigation which saved the company thousands of dollars • Consultant for several restructures; resulting in impacting 1000 employees across the East Region.
