Daily Duties at Charter Communications:

• Oversee the effective delivery of all human resources management, including performance management, employee relationship, and leadership development, for the Eastern North Carolina Market with 2500 employees and seven direct reports. • Implement core programs developed by our Center of Excellence teams in performance management and leadership development that enhanced organizational effectiveness by providing leaders with practical tools and critical information. • Advise leaders on valuing employees to change the culture of the work environment which resulted in our attrition numbers for the Sales organization to decrease from 120% annual turnover to 70% annual turnover in a two-year look-back period. • Build strong partnership with senior leaders to ensure that managers and employees work collaboratively to achieve business goals across each functional group supported. Conducted focus groups to understand employee’s concerns and worked with leadership to implement suggested changes through an action plan, which drove high productivity and job satisfaction.
