Increased number of Processes under control by 100% with SPC control charts ● Implemented data solutions into SPC charts ● Collaborated with engineers on data collection specifications ● Researched and analyzed processes to implement SPC control charts as requested from engineers Launched additional chart type capabilities by 50% for SPC processes ● Adjusted scripts pulling data from web service to correctly populate new charts ● Analyzed capabilities of existing framework to incorporate new chart templates ● Discovered deficiency in chart availability causing creation of Xbar-R chart option on SPC chart template Improved total number of validations 2x through creation of new validation software ● Tested and verified outputs as correct through repeated test cycles of software ● Developed software validation tools to process outcomes of programs ● Implemented standard root cause analysis to determine software programs in need of validation
