Daily Duties at United Healthcare:
Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts. Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts. Builds relationships with employer/group clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery. Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs. Dedicated on-site services and work closely with sales on renewals and upselling, but do not have specific sales goal accountability or responsibility to close sales. Account management focused primarily on relationship and service management and work with significant sales personnel who work on sales-related incentives (including 'OTH' plans). Pull Medical, Dental, Vision, Life data, create Ad hoc request and build custom reporting from different applications to provide to the brokers, clients and third party. Train, provide access and assist with reporting to new Strategic Account Executives and Brokers by going to their offices or by web-Ex. Provide answers of any type of reporting related questions to brokers and clients. Help for job shadowing. Build Contract renewal presentation through Power Point.
