Daily Duties at Pma 280 Tomahawk Weapons System, Nasc:
Lead developer of the integrated TACTOM Roadmap, mapping requirements, obsolescence, and cost reduction initiatives across multiple program offices to formulate a comprehensive plan for the future while managing over $30M in RDT&E and a critical internationally-partnered warhead JCTD to double the weapon’s target set. Lead for all OASuW activity, to include AoA conduct and establishment of Multi-Mission Tactom JCTD. One of two Level I military leads in an ACAT-1C Program Office. Provided supportability and technical analysis of acquisition ILS requirements for the Tomahawk Weapons System as Advanced Projects Deputy Program Manager. Supervised, directed, reviewed, and coordinated all work performed. Anti-Tamper and Nuclear IPT Lead / PEO(U&W) action officer for SECDEF Task Force on Nuclear Weapons. Worked side by side with Director of the Navy International Programs Office on several complex programs to resolve a long-standing policy barrier that allowed integration of the Tomahawk Weapons System into five Spanish Navy F100 frigates in support of Coalition efforts.
