Daily Duties at E Bay:

• Leading NA cross-functional effort to design and implement a warehousing and distribution network • Implemented and managed three fulfillment pilots to test solution at negligible cost to eBay, managed multiple partnerships • Developed and managed extensive user-focused research campaigns to validate strategic decisions • Built business case, financial model, and operational requirements documents to present to CEO and team • Generated product retirement documents for fulfillment alongside Product team and helped manage roadmap in Agile
