Built and led team of four sales professionals and collaborated with corporate Branch Managers in creation of strategies to develop sales skills through individualized mentoring and training programs and in developing client-specific service solutions. Partnered with corporate Canadian National Accounts team to identify sales opportunities within domestically-based offices of Canadian accounts.
