Daily Duties at 3 M Personal Safety Division:
Direct sales and account management activities of team of six territory sales professionals in 12-state region. Create and lead execution of strategies focusing on highway and road construction contractors, distribution channels, government end users, occupational and consumer specifiers, and global subsidiary customers. Lead execution of sales campaigns based on competitive conversions; strategic pricing; product value, quality, and brand awareness; and global sourcing to consistently drive annual regional sales growth. Interface within electrical, food processing, mining, oil and gas, and transportation accounts to launch employee safety programs incorporating company products.
