• Oversee Sales, Appraisal’s, Parts, Service & Detailing Departments • Negotiate Sales between seller and buyers • Increased store revenue 28% first year and increased each additional year • Created and directed sales team training and development programs • Verifying of all contracts and Titles • Generated Monthly and annual P&L Reports • Monitored customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts • Buying and selling of Recreation Vehicles • Established and maintained relations with clients and ensured that all clients received quality Customer Service • Overseen all building add-on’s and expansion • Cash Handling & Deposits • Led sales calls with team members to establish sales and customer retention goals • Setup delivery logistics for buyers and sellers throughout the country
