• Oversaw sales revenue of $3.2 to $4.5 million annually • Number 1 out of 120 stores in hitting sales goals 3 out 6 years • In the 6 years, reached Monthly Sales goals over 92% of time • Overseen all store operations which included sales, design and warehouse • Develop new business strategies for business growth and revenue generation • Interviewed, hired, coached and trained all candidates and employees • P&L, Human Resources and Sales Projections • Inventory controls and implemented standards for shrink control • New and Used Home take-off's & Design layouts • Cash Handling • In-store training and demonstrations for customers and employees • Setup Logistic Transport for buyers
