Senior Project Lead for USCYBERCOM supporting the identification, tracking, and management of command elevation tasks and tasks associated with Joint Force Provider (JFP), Joint Force Trainer (JFT), and IT management. Develops project scopes and objectives, engages with all relevant stakeholders and ensures technical feasibility and completion of assigned workflow tasks in accordance with reporting formats. Manages changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, tracks project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, and analyzes the development of comprehensive project plans. Identifies and coordinates cross-project dependencies to ensure consistency of progress toward accomplishing defined goals, performs evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and systems to identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions. Key Achievements:  Assisted in developing current state architecture artifacts that help to identify gaps in operational capabilities that hinder strategic goals.  Coordinated with stakeholders and technical experts across multiple business lines to translate key strategic objectives into governable projects, initiatives, and activities that become transition roadmaps to future design states.  Assisted in developing current state architecture artifacts.  Worked with 12-member team and other project leaders to establish standards and guidelines.  Worked with Senior Enterprise Architect to develop process maps to identify and improve business processes.
