Daily Duties at Rock Tred:
Develop and maintain formulations related to mostly 100% NVM 2K Epoxy & Polyurea floor coatings; some waterborne coatings. Cost reductions, raw material evaluations/record keeping/introduction of new technologies. Also, responsible for ALL QC of finished goods, QA of incoming raw materials, inter-phasing with raw materials suppliers to obtain the best working materials for end use. Responsibilities also include training of technician(s) and in some instance installers; Technical support for parent company and subsidiaries.
