Daily Duties at Ups:
Lead the Engineering Department with 96 employees to develop the optimum plans, manage facility expansions, implement technology, manage vehicles, and complete growth plans. Work with Operation Managers to drive execution in Performance and Service. Work with District Senior Staff to Lead the improvements in Safety, Volume and Revenue Growth, Service and Performance.
