Managed multiple and simultaneous both customer and business-based projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Managed project schedule, finances, resources, risks, escalation and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and project profitability. Maintained communication among project resources while providing timely status and executive reports that included weekly project forecasting. Worked in Services Project Management Office to improve the efficiency of the services tools and processes.
