Daily Duties at Sony Corporation Of America:
‒ Direct, develop, manage and mentor Branded Integration Team of nine in the successful product integration of Sony Electronics, Sony PlayStation and Sony Mobile products into significant consumer- based content initiatives. ‒ Evaluate and augment existing branded integration marketing practices, strategies, competitive positioning, organizational structure, team performance and overall resources and rebuild business based on findings. Responsible for logistics and supply chain for three storage warehouses and eight warehouse staffers throughout facilities. ‒ Develop and administer operating budget for the division. Define and implement beneficial objectives including revenue targets, product availability, delivery standards and corporate audits. ‒ Research, identify and test new strategic branded integration mediums. Oversee the development of programs, processes, valuation and tangible results against new mediums. ‒ Negotiate agreements centered on business needs. Discover, create and implement new processes and systems for best business practices. ‒ Partner, collaborate and sell through ideas, concepts, marketing programs, recommendations across global business matrix. Cultivate ongoing relationships within entertainment and brand verticals (i.e film/tv studios, brands, agencies, on-screen talent, producers, directors, prop masters, set designers and decorators, costume/wardrobe, transportation etc.)
