Directed a variety of programs / projects made up of remote teams in United States. Manage resources, assigns tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution. Coached and mentored project team members. Communicates project expectations and reports projects status to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Analyze trends of program / project’s practices, processes and financials to verify the alignment with the business objectives. Conduct root cause analysis and change management when projects are not in line with business goals. Leverage positive risks to increase efficiency of processes to finish projects ahead of schedule and under budget while maintained quality of service and customer satisfaction levels.
