Daily Duties at Winn Companies:

Participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of health/wellness programs for this privately-held $3B+ property management firm of ~3,000 U.S. employees in 550 locations across 22 states and Washington, D.C. Administer annual volume of ~$22M fully-insured health plans and annual average volume of ~$2M in Life, ADD, STD, and LTD. Ensure programs are compliant with federal, state and local requirements/laws (ACA, ADA, HIPAA, etc.). Working with 3rd party vendors, manage FSA, COBRA and all LOA programs (FMLA, maternity, military, personal, paid family). Provide subject matter expertise to employees and HR leaders and facilitate understanding and impact of proposed benefit options/changes. Serve as advocate and primary liaison between employees, insurance providers, brokers, state agencies.
