Directed & managed the daily activities & coordinated policies to ensure that the underserved communities benefited from the implementation of HIT nationally. Supported the organization in promoting healthier communities through the development of comprehensive health & human services programs, driving change within the health care system & advocating for underserved communities. Created a business foundation for the establishment of NHIT including first marketing plan & branding strategies including logo, mission and vision statements. Collaborated with Senior Leadership Team to develop & implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes & personnel designed to accommodate the growth & retain staff. Provided day-to-day leadership & management that followed the mission & core values of the organization with leadership over Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Community Outreach and Education, and EHR adoption protocols.
