Daily Duties at Sound Healthcare Communications Llc:
Business Manager. I ran the day to day operations of the office. I managed all receipts billable and non-billable. This includes client invoices, partner expense reports and all company purchases. Categorized all expenses for client invoicing and tax reporting. Managed vendor selection and negotiated maintenance contracts.I arranged internal and offsite meetings and conferences weekly. In anticipating of upcoming meetings or conferences I coordinated the CEO’s calendar with meeting attendees (including clients). Responsible for sending meeting invites, distributing agendas, scheduling catering and booking offsite locations. Worked with IT to ensure teleconferencing and other technical set ups were completed and supported.
