Daily Duties at J.J. Keller & Associates:
I had a team of 18 consultants reporting to me as either full-time, part-time, and independent contractors. My job was to ensure consistent consulting services were provided to clients, ensure objectives were achieved within the department, relative to the growth in revenue, customer satisfaction, customer retention, products and services development, etc. To ensure the continued development of consulting staff through my collaborative leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
