Daily Duties at Riesterer & Schnell:
Was responsible for managing twelve mechanics in the shop, service writing, field calls, scheduling of repairs, creating invoices, negotiating discounts, hiring and firing employees, creating budgets and employee training. Budget planning for service department. Managed a John Deere Skidsteer PIP Kit recall program of +600 units to be scheduled, repaired and delivered back to customers in a 6 month timeline to meet a deadline before the recall was ended and John Deere would not reimburse for the repairs. It was critical to have all units repaired during that timeframe as well as complete normal day-to-day operations, which was accomplished
