Daily Duties at Bayer:

devise business plan to exceed goals and implement said strategy. Train physicians on the proper technique to implant Viadur. Work with billing and office manager to keep updated on current reimbursements, CPT and J Codes, Insurance access and inventory. Work with nurses to understand how to identify ideal candidates for therapy and leverage relationships for them to suggest therapy in said patients to physician in my absence.
