Daily Duties at Ericsson:

Led a software development organization with direct report to Ericsson Revenue Management R&D in Sweden with 90+ employees distributed over two locations – Sao Paulo and Sao Jose dos Campos with a budget of 10+MUSD and responsible for product development, customizations and support services, including 24x7. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic planning and company strategy cascading • Organizational setup • Project management office • People management and motivation • Stakeholders relationship including sales organizations and Ericsson’s R&Ds in Germany, Sweden and India (cooperation in customization projects and support activities) • Procurement and partners relationship • Support, maintenance and handling of customer escalations • Sponsorship of Agile and Lean transformation using Scrum and Kanban • Budget definition and P&L administration • Competence development in Ericsson BSS products o Customer support including 3rd level support. o Design maintenance o Software Development (Java, C/C++, SOA, web interface, Oracle DB) o Software Architecture o Project Management • Successful product delivery and customizations for transformation projects around the globe, including Nextel (NII Group), TIM Brazil, America Movil group (Claro El Salvador, Peru and Ecuador) , Entel Chile, Telecom Personal Argentina, KPN Belgium, T-Mobile US and Austria, Vodafone Egypt, Watania Group, ZAIN Group.
