Daily Duties at Ericsson:
Responsible for sales support and project delivery for Business Support Systems portfolio. Liaising with customers, internal stakeholders and managing a group of 20+ Solution Architects and Systems Integrators. Key Responsibilities: • Capacity and competence building for BSS portfolio o Customer care: Telco CRM (based on Microsoft Dynamics) o Self-care: Ericsson Multi-Service Delivery Platform o Provisioning: Ericsson Multi Activation o Mediation: Ericsson Multi Mediation o On-line Charging: Ericsson Charging System o Billing & Invoicing: Ericsson BSCS o Convergent Charging&Billing: Ericsson CBiO o Product Catalog & Order Care: Ericsson Catalog Manager and Ericsson Order Care • Sales support (RFx responses): requirements compliance analysis, solution definition, HW/SW/services costing, project and staffing planning, customer presentation. • Project delivery: management of project delivery team to deliver end to end solution from requirements gathering, design, development/implementation, testing and rollout, using waterfall and agile models. • Management of off-shore teams and contractors. • Successfully engaged in customer projects like T-Mobile BSS transformation, T-Mobile mobile broadband charging, Limitless VoLTE on-line charging. • Participation in several RFx processes, for both wireless and cable operators in US.
