Main responsibility was to manage operations in the trim department, which provides robotic and manpower services to convert raw cast pieces into assembly-ready parts. WCM activities were also expected, which included AM, 5S and PM improvements within the department. Weekends included managing up to half the plant, with up to 150 hourly and skilled trades workers.
