Daily Duties at Source Medical Solutions:
Strategically spearheaded customer services technical support operations managing a staff of 41 FTEs, 3 managers, 1 Quality Analyst and CRM administrator supporting 1500 practice management, 2400 ambulatory surgical centers, and surgical hospital Customers. Designed, developed and implemented a key performance indicator quality assurance program aligned with performance evaluations. Created and implemented needs assessments, transactional and periodic satisfaction survey programs utilizing Survey Monkey spanning implementations, training, and support teams. This program allowed direct access to customer feedback, staff performance and quality review, providing educational opportunity to staff, insight to customer experience and ability to analyze and utilize data for enhanced customer experience. Redesigned automated call distribution (ACD) and customer call tree menu allowing dramatic improvement to calls answered live verses abandoned, calls to voicemail and hold times. Migrated satellite contact center operations to central call center streamlining workflow and process to align with company and customer needs.
