Partnered with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely month end close and financial reporting. Developed annual budgets, monthly forecasts and strategic plans and monitored performance against plan. Prepared variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year. Assisted in the preparation of corporate reporting. Reviewed and approved commission payments, travel and capital expenditures.
